This position is responsible for implementation of the Fatherhood Project and outreach for the Fatherhood project.

- Interview and train volunteers for the Fatherhood Project.
- Facilitate weekly support meetings/and or social activities with participants and mentors of Fatherhood group.
- Collaborate with Mother Mentor Project Coordinator for training and support; share relevant participant information.
- Collect statistical data for project evaluation, grant reports and fund raising.
- Engage in public speaking to publicize Fatherhood Project.
- Network with and maintain familiarity with community resources to provide better client services, and to assist with collaborative grant possibilities.
- Assist CAPA/PREPARES Program Director with Fatherhood Project grant writing and grant reports.
- Adheres to the tenets of Catholic Social Teaching and Catholic Doctrine.
- Performs as a team member to assure that productivity outcome measures are achieved.
- Performs related functions necessary to support the mission and core values of Catholic Charities.

Education/Experience: To perform this job successfully an individual must have a Bachelor’s degree and experience recruiting and working with volunteers.
Certificates/Licenses: Successfully pass background check applicable to position.
Physical Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, hear/listen, talk
- Frequently lift up to 20 pounds, pull/push, carry, grasp, reach
- Occasionally crawl, stoop, kneel
- Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses, ability to focus
