Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day oversight, direction and coordination of staff, volunteers and funding streams for St. Margaret’s Rapid Rehousing Programs. 


Job Duties/Responsibilities

1. Screen and approve all rapid rehousing referral and exit packets for completeness. 
2. Compile and submit RRH subsidies weekly to CCEW fiscal.  
3. Track the status of all RRH clients within the multiple RRH funding streams, including tracking RRH grant spend downs and forecasting RRH referrals and monies spend to ensure consistent spend downs for all RRH funding sources.  
4. Provide feedback to the Assistant Director on any emerging issues so that they can be addressed in a timely manner.
5. Audit RRH data in HMIS for data completeness and compliance with all funding data standards.  
6. Assist in ensuring that RRH is in compliance with all applicable contractual, licensing, staffing and safety mandates.
7. Manage RRH staff schedules and provide supervision to RRH team members. 
8. Coordinate staff trainings.
9. Conduct HQS and HSS inspections and oversee compliance with inspections standards. 
10. Educate clients and staff on landlord tenant laws.
11. Coordinate Community Housing CQI audits and quarterly reporting. 
12. Facilitate weekly RRH team meetings.
13. Assist in providing paid staff and volunteers with the training, supervision and support they need to carry out their responsibilities in a competent and professional manner.
14. Act as a liaison with landlords and with other community agencies to support Continuum of Care goals and system-driven compliance mandates, as well as advocating and representing RRH to the community at large.  
15. Provide next-level intervention and advocacy for challenges situations that arise with RRH families and landlords--mitigate and facilitate resolution between both parties.  
16. Perform related functions, including advocacy, to support the mission of Catholic Charities.
17. Adheres to the tenets of Catholic Social Teaching and Catholic Doctrine.
18. Performs related functions necessary to support the mission and core values of Catholic Charities.


Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below.  These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.  

Education/Experience:  to perform this job successfully, an individual must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated leadership, administrative and interpersonal skills required. Minimum of three years successful experience in leadership.  Knowledge of community resources; experience in direct client services and case management—experience with Rapid Rehousing preferred. High energy, self-motivated individual; team player who understands and appreciates the value of a strength-based value-driven, systems-approach to program implementation and service delivery. Advanced computer skills, understanding of WA State Landlord tenant law as it relates to landlords. Experience working with issues of homelessness, poverty and violence against women and children preferred. 

Certificates/Licenses:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must: 
• have a valid Driver’s License and the ability to drive their own vehicle for work.
• Successfully pass background check applicable to position.

Physical Abilities:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
Regularly sit, stand, climb, walk, lift, pull/push, carry, grasp, reach, stoop/crouch, crawl, talk, hear.
Frequently lift up to 25 pounds, pull/push, carry, grasp, reach.

• Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses, ability to focus.

Workplace Environmental Conditions
While performing the essential duties/responsibilities of this job, the employee will be: 
• Noise Conditions: exposed during a shift to constant or intermittent sounds at a level sufficient to cause hearing loss or fatigue.
• Client Population may include persons involved in gangs, with substance abuse concerns, homelessness and/or tendencies towards violent behavior.
